Returns & Refunds

How it works

• Request a return within 30 days of delivery from your account or by emailing support with your order number.
• Pack the item in its original packaging. Anything that isn't damaged by you is fine.
• Ship it back using the prepaid label we email you (or the return portal link).
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of the item arriving back.

What's covered

Everything — opened, used once, didn't fit, changed your mind. If a product is defective, we also cover the return shipping and will replace it immediately.

Exceptions

Perishable items and items marked final-sale are not returnable. Damaged or obviously-used returns may receive a partial refund.
