Refund amounts

• Full refund of the product price for items returned within 30 days in resellable condition.
• Shipping costs are refunded only when the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• Sale items refund at their sale price — the discount you paid, not the full price.

Timing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the returned item reaching our warehouse, and typically appear on your statement 3–7 business days later, depending on your card issuer.
